        It is my understanding that JB no longer operates this business. Please don't do what I did and go by reviews prior to June of 2023 in deciding to do business thinking that JB is still there. The new owners are awful. I took my vehicle in to have the service engine soon light reset and they shut my whole electrical system down. Took them 4 days to get it up and running and then wasn't truthful about what happened.

        It is my understanding that JB mo longer operates this business. Please do not go by any reviews prior to June 2023 in deciding to take your vehicle here to be worked on. The new owners are awful. Took my vehicle there to have service engine soon light reset and they shut my whole electrical system down. Took 4 days for them to get it running and am still finding things that doesn't work.

        I have no regrets bringing our car to JB's Radiator & Air. Our car lost its freon and needed to be recharged. We dropped our car off in the morning, and we were called when the work was completed. Our car was returned to us working and clean. We will continue to use JB's Radiator and Air for our automotive needs. On a side note, this has got to be the cleanest automotive repair business I have ever seen.

      Hello Janet. Like we’ve discussed before we do not have a phone number to call you. We’ve contacted your husband Ray multiple times. We have offered everything we could including all documentation for necessary work that was all done with approval as well as a refund however instead of coming to a resolution we just keep getting anonymous negative reviews from you. It seems this is the only way you will be satisfied with the situation however if there is something we can do to ease your mind as we’ve stated multiple time just let us know and we are happy to do so.
