        Always been treated well by the staff, great living space. Been here for 5 years. Any minor issues I've had have always been helped. Great location, close to everything in town!

        The clubhouse has been closed for two years at Landing. "Electrical storm"is the reason we were given. So, we can't use the one right next to our homes. Yet, we can't rent out the other one "because it's got an office attached to it." So, why is it still included in our fees? Fix the clubhouse, or compensate us for not being able to use what we were offered in our lease. Sure, there's the gym at Crest, if you have a car and can travel there every time you want to use it. Why has it been two years? Fix our clubhouse. Spiders and ants are still awful here as well. We have to buy all of our own stuff to treat it. Have to replace our own air filters as well. I do not recommend this place.
