Scott and Nicole are so sweet! We had plans change a week before our wedding, and they accommodated 150+ guests at their beautiful venue in a weeks notice. They had tables set up, table cloths ironed and set on the tables, the bar stocked, and helped decorate and place center pieces, lights, and flowers at all of the tables. Everything went so smooth throughout the entire process! If you are looking for a beautiful spacious reception venue, BOOK with Cardinal Hills Ballroom. Their prices are amazing and their hospitality is even BETTER!

We absolutely loved having our wedding reception at Cardinal Hills! Scott and Nicole were so fun to work with while planning our wedding! They go above and beyond to make sure the day is perfect! I would recommend using Cardinal Hills for a wedding reception or any type of large get together! You will NOT be disappointed!

We used The Ballroom at Cardinal Hills for our wedding reception and couldn't have loved it more! Nicole and Scott are so personable, fun and easy to work with. They will go out of their way to make your day perfect and beautiful. They are genuinely the nicest people and are experienced with setting up and running events they book. The Ballroom sits on a beautiful golf course that they also allow you to use for pictures if you'd like. We originally booked our reception at another venue but they closed for the remainder of 2020 due to COVID in July and we are just so thankful that The Ballroom had our date available! We couldn't have had a better experience and are so thankful for all Nicole and Scott did for us! I would 110% recommend The Ballroom for your event!
