After being a patient here for the last four years, everyone in the office that I have ever encountered was professional and friendly! Dr. Harper has always been extremely kind and very knowledgeable along with other nurse practitioners and other staff always being willing to help anyway they can! I recommend everyone I know to this office.

This office was very lazy and unprofessional. I went in with a bad cough and they wouldn't let me see the nurse practitioner until I had taken a covid test. I declined the test and asked if the NP was going to come and talk with me. The nurses said they wouldn't see me until I had taken the test. I expect my doctor or np to at least do the work of a doctor. Covid can't be the assumption without even seeing the patient. I became a patient last year but I won't be going back. I'm very disappointed in this practice. Unless they repent, I can't recommend anybody go here.

Courtney Beyl is my nurse practitioner. She listens, genuinely cares, and provides excellent care. I highly recommend her! Unfortunately, some of the front office staff is rude. They rarely answer the phone and dont return calls for days. The lab tech drew my blood and left me alone in a room by myself after I told her I felt like I was going to pass out. When I called to complain about these Issues, I was told that they didnt have time to listen to me gripe. Update: they know I have Covid and wont return my text messages. I have a rare autoimmune disease and almost died four years ago. Unbelievable! Update: the incompetence continues and only gets worse. There is a complete lack of empathy, referral to sketchy testing companies and accusations that you are self scheduling. Unfortunately, Im now talking about my provider. If they refer you to Blackstone, read the reviews. My husband has been out of work for a month and the equipment he paid for still never arrived, we got a bad tracking number from this company and even after presented with the multitude of negative reviews, Sellersburg Internal still plan to use this company. Clark Sleep Lab would have had him back to work already. I guess our provider forgot or didnt know an order was sent to Clark also because she was mad when we canceled the order never shipped from Blackstone and scheduled with Clark. They wouldnt have made the appointment without an order. She got entirely snippy with me on the phone when I said my husband would be getting a dental appliance for sleep apnea if needed. She condescendingly replied that they dont work. They happen to be the first line treatment for those with mild to moderate apnea issues, but what do I know. My daughter happens to work for the leading dentist for this treatment in the St. Louis area. Somebody needs to keep up with some continuing education, but, again, what do I know . I know I need a new PCP.

When I found this Medical practice, I was looking for a Doctor to help guide my father in law to end of life, and to help his adult children make educated end of life decisions. We were blessed for 8-9 years with the guidance and care of Dr. Harper. I must say the level of care, professionalism, knowledge and dedication that Dr Harper, Dr White and NP Courtney Beyl provided was top of the line. Most of the staff is exceptional. Are they 100% perfect, no, but the bottom line is the care, compassion, and the quality of medical care they provide. It is RARE to find doctors who provide the high standard of service these two doctors provide to the patient and the family (sole caretaker in my case). They are direct, straight forward, and to the point in a caring way. I had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Harper, and in his absence Dr. White. I found what I was looking for and they did not disappoint, a full service medical practice. Southern Indiana is fortunate to have these two Doctors serving the area, and I, as the sole caretaker was fortunate that with their care my father in law lived a healthy, quality life to 36 days shy of 99 y.o. My sincere thanks, Dr Harper and Dr. White. I could not have asked for more. (He is 97 in the picture)

I've been seeing nurse practitioner Courtney b e y l going on four years now. She is awesome, very efficient, very caring, very thorough. , however I cannot say the same for the office staff. Some are rude, they don't follow up with you. Billing is the worst, they have made several mistakes and have never apologized, as if it is no big deal. If I didn't like and Trust Courtney so much I would have left there before now... I will not go back!
