Great service. I needed to get rid of some dirt and Paul Graf was great. His estimate was right on and took great care not to mess my yard up and get it looking nice after a storm shelter install. Definitely would use him again.

I had ordered gravel for my drive back the first part of April. Mr. Graf told me it would be a couple of weeks but that he would get back with me. I did not hear back from him again until mid-May. We arranged for him to come out the following Friday. Mr. Graf showed up but with the wrong type gravel. I had ordered gravel with dust and he brought just plain gravel. He told me that he could get the gravel with dust but that he would have to charge me an additional delivery charge. I told him to go ahead and spread the rock he had and told him to go from the paved road back to a tree line that marked the border between my land and our neighbors. When he was finished, he prsented me a bill and I asked him if he put the excess gravel into the pile of gravel we had out front from previous loads. He told me he didn't have any gravel left. The weekend was rainy so I stayed indoors until Monday. On Monday, I went out to the drug store with my wife and noticed that he had not laid down gravel over approximately 30-feet of my drive I had told him to put gravel down upon. I called him and asked why he had not done so. He stated that he had brought a full load and that he had run out of gravel. I asked him why he was able to cover the entire distance in years past but could not do so this time. He said perhaps it was due to the tree limbs at the start of the drive. I said those had been there in previous years. He could not provide a reason other than his truck was full. I told him that he had charged me for the full drive so I wanted to know what he was going to do to complete the job. He said if I wanted to pay for more rock and delivery that he would finish. This was the most unprofessional response I have ever encountered from a business. I presume that he has plenty of customers because if he treats others like this, then he will need as many as he can get. I know I will never use nor recommend him to anyone again and I regret having recommended him to people in the past.
