Are strict about their appointment times but apparently don't care to show up to them. Tried to get a pack n play and even though we've done all of the courses twice (one we paid our hospital to attend, the other was done by our nurse who works with the nurse family partnership program). They didn't want to take the word of professionals and said we needed to do the course, which instead of being led by an instructor, they gave me a link to do it myself. Which I don't mind most times but they didn't tell me the instructor couldn't make it till I arrived at the building and I had 2 phones, 3 browsers and still couldn't get the link to work and that lady at the desk shrugged and said her hands were tied. And that I could leave and send her a pick of the certificate and then come back for the pack n play. So it's okay to waste my gas and time but not okay if I do it to them. Also, they don't participate in car seat exchanges but have free crib-like object to offer (the pack n play)... Yay. So I can't do anything like always with this place. IF YOU CAN GET FOOD STAMPS, JUST GET IT. FORGET THIS PROGRAM (that's what they want any way) AND LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR THINGS YOU NEED. It's not like you can live off the amount of food they offer anyways and there are plenty of other places that offer the same programs, but has alot less headache and that'll make you feel more valued.
