    My room smelled like smoke and it was filthy. The flooring was broken and the room needed a paint job badly. The internet was slow and the grounds were full of trash. The front desk entered my credit card details wrong which caused it to be declined. I ended up having to put it on a different card that i didn't want to use. When i called my bank next morning they confirmed nothing was wrong with my card. the receptionist keyed in wrong expiry date and security code. The desk also programmed my key card to only be good 1 night but I was checked in 2 nights. On a positive note they do bit charge a pet fee and they are convenient to the highway.

    Got there had minor issue with TV. Had to wait outside my room until someone actually came to fix TV. I couldnt wait inside my room due to them being scared of my pup. Was told at desk that there was a $100 deposit and would be refunded right away time of check out. Next morning I check out they tell me it takes 3-4 days. I hope so! Would I stay there again, probably so.,it wasnt all that terrible. Well as of 3/30/24 Manager took made it right with my deposit issue. Very professional. I understand people do make mistakes. Hell Im not perfect. But when you talk like adults and talk like you got sense. Outcome will come out in your favor or not. But still handle it in a professional way. Thanks again to red roof inn management. Walkability: Plenty of good fast food restaurants in walking distance. Even have a Walmart and a goodwill in walking distance.
