        Dont waste your time. The service is horrible and prices are worse. They have really gone down hill. Consistently gave the guy a specific product, he ignored and kept saying that he cant just give a price without specifics. When did 10GA, 4x8, mild steel sheet become vague? Then, he asked if I meant 11 gauge? Pretty sure I know the difference between 11 and 10 and that I specifically asked for 10GA. Pathetic.

        Horrible customer service. If your sales guys hate their job so much, tell them to quit. Or maybe have some customer service meetings once a month? Guys in the back that pull the steel are cool and were helpful. Tho, Last time I had the steel delivered it was just tossed off the side of the truck and a few steel peices were bent so I reccomend picking up if you go there. Fair prices but jeez your sales guys must live miserable lifes or something. 4 year later Update: Gerry has been my go to guy at the Sales counter. Give that man a raise.

        Worst customer service ever!! For them Its an inconvenience to have to deal with clients and do their job! Miserable sales people.. The guys in the warehouse are great, but everyone else is unprofessional and disrespectful.
