Service is just awful. waitresses had a terrible attitude and disposition left table unattended, left dishes piled up, and the food order came out incorrect, by the time it was straightened out. Everybody ate at different times... I called the restaurant afterward to speak to a manager. i was on hold for 20 min , and nothing no answer.... just reinforces why I would rather spend half as much and grill out at home without the Aggravation of bad service ,high prices , just to have a blah meal....

This is the 3rd time that we've been here with issues. This time our food was over cooked and they were short staffed. I get it, but each time we've gone they've been short staffed. Huge parties were there while we were and the servers couldn't keep up. Customers arguing with each other and stuff. It was like a joke. We already had an hour wait to be seated then another long wait for our food, so we did not want to request for it to be fixed and have to wait longer. We are what we could and left. We'll be trying different Longhorns in the general area. Bathroom was kinda messy too.

Food is usually on point. Rib eye was a little tough. My medium steak was well done.
