When I say they are a God send, they truly are. I came in town with my son from Chicago and my key broke off. I called to have someone come out but Gus showed up in a timely matter and he reassured everything will be okay. Thank you so much Gus for being professional. Came out to me on a Sunday inside 30min of me calling, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly & professional!! & Most important, what folks are usually worried about.. the price was FAR less than ANY other place I talked to.. Cut me a key & programmed my system after a PCM replacement on my 2009 Ford Flex, within 10 minutes I was up and running with an extra key! Cannot recommend Northwest Keyway enough!!

This guy is Mr 46 seconds. Used the wrong key in a car and not only would it not start by it wouldn't come out. He was quick to get here and had the key out and in my hand in 46 seconds. Simply dumbfounded at how quick Omar is.

Absolutely fantastic. Got me out of a tight spot with my 2019 Honda. No need to go to the dealership. Reprogrammed new keys quickly and was quick to respond on the call out.
