        Great place to train for all ages. The facility is clean, work outs are great. Most importantly, EVERY TIME you enter you are acknowledged and not treated like and outsider. This is so important to me as it give ke the comfortability needed to be there training as I learn. I "feel" important. If you are serious about getting In shape I recommend 10/10
