Patricia Austgen has been my familys financial advisor for over 15 years. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and will always take the time to answer any and all of my questions. I would not trust anyone else with my financial future. Extremely professional. I highly recommend.

Didnt know how to utilize collateral for a secured personal loan. Frankly, the unprofessionality was appalling and wasted my time. Horrible experience. Shouldnt be licensed.

I am an Ameriprise Financial client and I have personal experience with this office, Patricia Austgen is an AMAZING advisor and I have been with their team for the past 28+ years. EXCELLENT, excellent service!!! She is a private wealth advisor and has helped me retire at age 55, we meet 4-5 times per year, in person, video conferences and screen sharing. She met with me and my CPA to review investments and taxation. No games, no gimmicks, just solid ADVICE. Very personable, great at educating me on my rollover and lump sum pension. Just received a letter directly from the company's CEO, outlining her latest achievement AWARD, highest in the company. I couldn't be happier, and am grateful that she is MY advisor. Best SERVICE I could find anywhere! I would HIGHLY recommend!

I have worked with Patricia for over 20 years, honest and trustworthy!  FANTASTIC customer service!  A+!  I rolled all of my pension and 401k over to Ameriprise and my e-trade acct. with Patricia and her team to manage.  I am SOOO happy I did that!  I was so tired of being a number at Fidelity and waiting on a phone que.  She answers my calls immediately.  Patricia meets with me 3-4 times per year and contacts me with market information specific to me.  She reaches out to ME to schedule appointments and have investment reviews. Now she does "screen sharing", WOW that is really amazing!  I receive Personal service that is better than anyone I have used before.  I am very confident that because I work with a professional advisor, that I have done much better, than if I had to do all of this stuff myself.   I would highly recommend.
