Ultimate Water Solutions LLC

We recently moved to St. John and quickly realized the substantial build-up of calcium and magnesium on all appliances and faucets that would touch the city well water. After doing some initial discovery, I was fortunate enough to reach out to Chris and Ultimate Water Solutions after being referred by a friend. After meeting Chris it was immediately evident that he was on a different level in his vast knowledge on water quality and the various contaminants and chemicals found in the local area water supply. But it was his approach as an business owner that really set himself apart. We could have easily had a 5-10 minute phone conversation to quote me on one of his many different water purification systems, but he went above and beyond. Before doing anything he asked if he could come over, run some test on the purity of our water, and really get to better understand our concerns in order to best tailor a solution for our home. He fielded every question with honesty and transparency and didnt try to sell us on anything. After a month or so of consultation, we landed on a whole house RO system as being the best and safest solution for our family, and Chris designed it from the ground-up. Down to the aesthetics of where every piece of equipment would go and every line run, you could tell Chris cared about his work and was proud of every system he implemented. Weve been using it for a couple weeks now, and the water quality is nothing short of AMAZING! We couldnt be happier with our investment with Ultimate Water Solutions and more reassured in the purity of water for our family. Chris is someone who I would refer to absolutely anyone looking to add a water filtration system to their home.

Our current water softener and reverse osmosis system were not functioning properly. Chris came in and installed a new water softener and reverse osmosis system that is working exceptionally well. My wife was thrilled with the quality of the water. The taste of the water with new reverse osmosis system is much better than previous. Very pleased with everything!

We just had our home water softening system and reverse osmosis water filter installed by Chris. I would say Chris is really an expert all about the water stuffs. He spent time to explain us everything about how the system works from the very smallest detail, in the level that we could grasp the concept and technicalities. I would say Chris engineered well the system. One cool thing is that, with the SMART technology, you could be able to monitor the performance of this water softening system through your phone. We are so happy and satisfied with this investment, thanks to Chris. He is very honest and dependable. He is also very generous and considerate as well. Its really our pleasure doing business with him.

Chris has been phenomenal throughout the entire process - from the very moment I spoke with him, I knew he was a subject matter expert in the industry. I am a part time RE Investor and purchased 2 homes out of state in Indiana. Although, I am working with an agent, I feel better about my new rentals BECAUSE of Chris. Chris is a consummate professional and very trustworthy. He provided photos and videos of the entire installation, sent pictures of the home, provided insights about home repairs and more!! We live in the Gates of Saint John, Prairie Gate subdivision. This is a McFarland Home neighborhood and Chris has done a wonderful job for us! He was very knowledgeable and the service he gave us was amazing! I highly recommend Chris and his business!
