When you stopped by after checking out, we thoroughly explained that while we issued the refund instantly on our end, the 5-7 business day processing time is standard based on protocols from your bank and card issuer. Even though the refund is initiated immediately by us, that external processing period for the funds to be released and show up in your account is, unfortunately, out of our control. We make every effort to handle refunds as quickly as possible, but the underlying banking procedures all merchants must follow can lead to that delay.
