They own 2 properties on my street and they have let them rot and fall apart for more than a year without mowing the grass or any care taking.

Its been nice so far, we dont complain and they have been nice towards us, even on my grumpy days. Lol. Honestly, we like the house, moved in a couple months ago, looking forward to summer. I hope theres not a problem with bugs, havent had a problem yet, we added some spray foam and weather stripping where we wanted. Spray foam $3.48/ can, and weatherstripping like $7/package. No one is supposed to hold your hand and guide you on the simple repairs. Example: changing lightbulbs. The big things a land Lord wants to know about is something that might destroy their home. Example: a leak, Im sure they want to bc the quicker its fixed the cheaper the fix is. In all, we try to be good renters and respect them, and they do the same. So 5 out 5 stars so far, hope we can maintain that :) Also, would like to give a huge acknowledgment of incredible character who is a downright gentlemen through and through... his name is Ryan... I recently had a difficult time and he was respectful and polite to me! I wish there were more people like that in this world!

Do not rent they are slum lords wish I would have stayed in my other house they do not fix problems I hope all of you avoid them like you do covid

Rented from them for 3+ years now, same house, needed our furnace fixed and they sent someone out, I don't bother them, they don't bother us, have been willing to work with us cuz we are trusted tenants. No complaints, I love my house. No bed bugs, roaches, or black mold over here. Maybe you guys need to clean your houses more
