Claimed there was a busted pipe in the wall when we never had any leaks or visibility of any potential leaks. Cleaned the house spotless 100 times better than what it looked like when we got the keys but yet kept every penny of the deposit. When I called to ask they said they were cutting me a break and not charging me money. No proof of any leak either. Dont recommend them at all, if I could give zero stars I would.

Renaissance properties have been wonderful the entire time Ive lived in my apartment. They showed me multiple places before I decided on the one I wanted. They allowed me to move in quickly. They also have a super easy to use tenant portal to pay online to avoid extra stops throughout a busy week! I decided to buy a house and they were super helpful at working with me to extend my lease so that I could have an easy transition to my new home. I highly recommend.

Rented with them for over seven years. They were lightning fast at fixing almost any issue with the apartment, and responded to all communication quickly. Would be glad to rent with them again.

We have lived in a Renaissance property for about 3 months. I have not received this level of care from a rental property before. They are quick to reply to maintenance issues and have high standards for fixing the issue. I really appreciate their maintenance crew!

I've lived in the townhomes close to Earlham for almost a year now and it's been nothing but wonderful. I feel like I have the most affordable rent in town for a 3 bedroom and maintenance is STELLAR. The walls are slightly thin, but that seems to be 99% of most apartments anywhere, and there's no upstairs neighbors. All of the Renaissance crew has been extraordinarily nice and very helpful.
