The staff there never fails to help me with all my shopping needs from gifts to repairs to custom jewelry pieces. It's also great to know that Connie and Tiffany keep me updated when all the BIG sales are coming up. They are my go to jewelers in Richmond.

        Connie at the Richmond store is amazing!!! We brought a necklace to her after another store told us there was nothing they could do. I will only go to & shop at the Richmond store. When we walk in to the store, we are called by name. Connie strives to make sure her customers are satisfied.

        I would like to give a shout out to Connie Whalen. She has been my jeweler in Richmond Indiana for about 20 years now. She knows my taste in jewelry and what I am looking for when I go in or a family member goes in looking for a gift for me. If it is not in store Connie has special ordered the specific item for me. She has helped my family in picking out special items over the years for different occasions. My oldest daughter and her fianc in picking out their wedding rings and her wedding jewelry for the special day. She takes her job serious and does fantastic at it. I so appreciate all her knowledge. I also love the many piecies I have purchased.
