        Great location right off 70. Very well kept campground. Great staff and activities. A word of warning though, for weekday visitors, you will hear trucks on 70 all night. Much least traffic on the weekend nights Food & drinks: Camp Store has a full all day menu they deliver to your site!

        The best KOA ever. The staff and owners are so friendly they drive around and check in on everyone and have conversations with you. They offer good service and will bring it right to your camper. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Its a simple place but so peaceful! We would love to come back again n

        This KOA has been absolutely spectacular. I booked it a year in advance to watch the solar eclipse. Everything was perfect when I arrived. They are extremely friendly. When we arrived, they have us a free T-Shirt for the eclipse, eclipse glasses, playing cards, and a goody bag. The site was level and well maintained. All of the utilities and Wi-Fi work perfectly. They have a ton of fun equipment that you can rent free. There are two parks and a lake. I haven't tried it, but they have a little restaurant on-site that will deliver to your site. I have used many KOA's and this one has been one of the best. My only negative is there is plenty of road noise from the local highway throughout the night.

        We booked with KOA the same day we stayed. I called to book and they were very helpful with booking. When we arrived we were greeted at the gate and brought to our campsite so there was no guessing which site was ours. We set up camp and walked to the main facility. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We lost an important tool when we were trying to leave and they had a spare we borrowed. If we're back in the area camping we will be back to stay at this KOA. We even bought a membership because this spot was so great.

      Family & pet friendly campground! Beauty surrounds you here at Richmond KOA. Richmond KOA is a family owned and operated campground, conveniently located off I70. Enjoy our FREE upgraded WiFi from anywhere in the park! Make this KOA your base camp for exploring the local area. You can schedule your tee time at Highland Lake Golf Course, less than a mile away, or enjoy the beautiful Thistlewaite Falls, various trails and rose garden, right here in Richmond. Don't forget your bikes, the 62 mile long Cardinal Greenway starts only a few miles away!Within just a couple of hours drive in any direction, you can explore places like The Ark Encounter and Creation Museum in Williamstown, KY, The Children's Museum of Indianapolis, or the National Museum of the US Air Force in Dayton, OH, just to name a few!  There are many  ways to stay with us, Pull-Thru RV and Back-in 30/50 amp sites, or more economical 20/30 amp back in sites. No RV? No problem!
