I'm sorry that there was a miss communication on the receptionist part about the insurance. Normally if someone says they have this certain insurance they are told we do not take it. We are booking out three months for new patients and I am sorry that you had to wait that long just to find out we did not take the insurance once you showed. The receptionist felt very nervous with how you were coming across and once you started raising your voice about the issue with the insurance her nervousness turned into a nervous laugh. She was not laughing at you. It was also uncalled for that you yelled curse words at the staff as you were leaving. There was other patients in the areas surrounding the front desk and they felt very unsafe. We do apologize for the situation but it was uncalled for on how the staff was treated.
