At about 830 am ago I went down from my room on the 3rd floor. Feel free to check the cameras. There was a kid and his mom entering the elevator when I hit the first floor and walked out. Maroon shirt and bright blue shorts is what I had on. When I walked into the breakfast area there were no biscuits, there were 6 pieces of sausage (i took for my partner and I), there were no cinnamon rolls. There was gravy, but no biscuits for the gravy. I proceeded to toast my bagel and stood around waiting for an employee to restock. I walked into the lobby area at one point and saw a sign. I then went back to the breakfast area. At 8:46 I took a video of the food area. This is about 15 minutes after I first came down. At Just before 8:50 am I went down the hallway and found a male employee. I asked if food was going to be refilled. I went on to want to ask about biscuits but was cut off mid sentence and said well its 8:47 now. I interrupted him back and was like dude I have been here about 20 minutes man and it's been gone the whole time ive been here. I only wanted to get some biscuits. (which I didn't get because i didn't feel like arguing with the man anymore, especially when I made a joke and was like oh, i guess I dont know how to tell time. He was like that would be correct. Lol. Then im like okay, tha'ts cool. I'll just leave the review instead of arguing with you about a few minutes. Imagine being pissy that your product has been out for about 20 minutes and then saying that. At the end of the day it's like this. It doesn't matter how long ago you did things. It was during breakfast hours, and there were three product outages of key items, including meat, sausage, and the cinnamon rolls. See attached video. Just ask what the person wants and get on with it. Instead you escalated something relatively minor into a thing because you got personally miffed that I said things had been out for the whole time I had been down there. Those were all three empty, except for the sausage prior to my arriving down there just after 830. WHile I took the last six pieces (for two people) there were numerous people who went to that sausage bin (again, check your cameras) and left without getting anything. Your boss can check the cameras for the timing. Maybe it was 17 minutes. Does this matter though? Out is out and it was well before breakfast end when I first came down. Either way, arguing with folks is pretty dumb. You caused a bad service experience over some fricken biscuits man. Biscuits.

I've stayed in multiple rooms here and none of them were cleaned in the last few months of staying here. They put me in 209 last week and there were ants everywhere, then again this week in the same room and more ants. For the price of this hotel, it is far from worth it. One of the worst Holiday Inn expresses I've stayed at. The only good thing is the breakfast

Horrible experience! Booked a room and had to cancel right away, they charged my card for a night and wouldnt refund anything. The staff was very disrespectful to my bank ladies as well! I do not recommend!

Room was dirty and poop on the bathroom wall above toilet paper. Housekeeping does a very poor job. On the plus side the sheets appeared to be clean.
