        The business transaction was great. I would describe it as fast, effective and satisfactory. The speed at which they carried out the transaction became a detriment to them however. When I picked up my vehicle, the employ was was fast and effective, but very unfriendly and detached. No eye contact was made, no personal interest expressed, no gratitude or good will was extended. When I returned the vehicle the process was even faster. This employ was friendly, said thank you and wished me well with my day. Yet, it was obvious it was formalities and it was cut off very abruptly by other business obligations on their part. The car drove great and the business transaction was smooth and satisfactory. However, I will only be using this location if necessary, due to their relational inadequacy.
