        overpriced garbage with an obnoxiously loud railroad that recieves traffic every 30 minutes. the apartments are cheaply built, depressing to live in, and the staff are downright rude. avoid like the plague.

        The new building owner is completely withdrawn from the complex. He shows very little concern for his tenants.

        I've lived there for a year now. They are very nice apartments, a little pricey for being near Railroad Tracks though. The walls insulate Heat very well. The walls also help alot with Sound. The windows closed don't help with Sound. The apartments come with Fiber Optic Internet, Cable boxes, Appliances, and covers Water, Electric is separate, they go through Duke Energy.
