        I lived here for a bit. When I moved out, Pam tried to charge me $1500 for some damaged blinds, and lightbulbs. Everything was normal wear. I didnt pay and told her to take me to court. I think the building manager was stealing funds cause I never heard from them again. They wouldnt even let me do the repairs on my own. The worst part is when I moved in Pam was super nice, but when I left she was extremely rude.

      We have looked extensively into these accusations and found them to be completely untrue. Accusations of that level are very serious and there is absolutely not evidence to support this false claim. I can assure you that in no way would anyone ever get charged $1,500 for "some damaged blinds and lightbulbs." The current charge list that residents sign shows a lightbulb is $3 and a broken blind is $25-$45 depending on the size of the blind that is broken. I would also like to point out that we do not allow someone to attempt to fix any damages after they have already moved out because at that point we have already fixed the damage.
