Cascio Family Dental Care

Still struggling with permanent tooth damage 3 years later from a root canal dr.cascio messed up. Was told by a REAL dentist that it was medical neglect and that Dr.Cascio should lose his job because of what he did to my once PERFECT teeth. He preformed a "root canal" that accidentally filled the right side of my jaw. The emergency dentist I was referred to found pieces of cotton in my teeth that were so deep they came out with the extracted tooth. There was a hole in my tooth that was unable to be fixed. I used to love my teeth, and now I am embarrassed and always in pain. Not to mention when I was younger they KNOCKED ME OUT to zero response with funny gas WITHOUT my parents permission. Parents, I HOPE YOU SEE MY REVIEW BEFORE & NOT AFTER!!!!!

I will not be going back here. the first time i went to get my teeth cleaned. the lady doing my cleaning (ally) pushed the floss between my teeth so hard it almost brought tears to my eyes. the second time i went they filled cavities. that visit went okay. i went back last week to get more cavities filled and it was a horrible experience. ally was the one filling my teeth in and she kept coughing right in my face. she did have a mask on but now i am extremely sick. also around one of the teeth they filled in my gum is swollen and it hurts to stick out my tounge or eat. a week later and im still having problems with it. if i could give them zero stars i would.

This place is a joke. My mother paid 7k to get all her teeth pulled and to put false teeth in. It's been 7 months my mother has lost over 20lbs because she cannot eat. Her teeth still falls out when she talks. She calls for help n Ally doesn't even have the respect to reply my mother had to keep saying are you there?? Ally says we can't see you for 9 days when my mother CANNOT EAT! They will be hearing from BBB and our attorney DONT TAKE YOUR FAMILY THERE

Having Lupus, I'm struggling with the steady loss of my once perfect teeth. I need several pulled & was told insurance would cover 4 extractions. They counted literally a few pieces of a broken tooth as an extraction, then refused to do their version of 4 extractions "just in case" I needed that last one for an emergency. That should be left to the patient's discretion... If I needed another extraction I'm the one who would have had to pay out-of-pocket for it... Anyways... I was abscessed & in horrible pain so I said fine. Year end came. I called, several times, to schedule my one extraction and to get in ASAP to start the new calendar year with my allowed extractions (I'd since had 2 more teeth break off).... Leaving messages, and when I spoke with people in the office who stated they had to verify my insurance and what I qualified for, they assured me that they would call back. After the 5th or 6th attempted phone tag I gave up. Now I have 6 broken off teeth which means they're "extractions", dental visits cause me extreme anxiety as it is, and I essentially don't have a dentist
