Had no issues picking up the equipment. However, the next morning when I went to drop everything off no one was at the front desk- though they were open and I could see files sitting open on the desk. I proceeded to ring the doorbell and call their number for over 20 minutes. I could hear the phone on the front desk ringing from the front door so I have no idea how an employee wouldnt hear it. I was at the point of just dropping the equipment off at the front door when someone came to the desk and saw me and then asked if I rang the doorbell when I told her Id been out there for 20 minutes. I was late for work because of their incompetence.
