Please Read Entire Post! It is not fair to give a full review at this time How ever I did drop my truck off for a full rebuild knowing I use my truck for work It is a 2016 and has 174500 miles on it from the factory transmission I told them to rebuild entire transmission so I do not have any more problems and can be reliable for my job. It did come in under what was quoted as price and was happy. They said it will get better in time the more I drive it. Well I'm giving it that chance. It is doing same thing it was doing before rebuild 1 to 2nd very hard shift like someone hit you And new problems like someone hit neutral before going to next gear. Step on brake and like torque converter will not release lock up until you force it to and wants to drive into the car infront of you. And some other minor problems I hope they will fix. I did pay over $5000.00 for this job. I hope it will get fixed so I can change this review to a positive one. Just to let people know that I do have a repair shop and am very knowledgeable on this kind of equipment but I took it to this shop because my shop does not and will not repair a vehicle this small We do all class 8 trucks and trailers only So it is necessary to take it to a shop that works on equipment this size. I will update this when repairs are made to say how it went. UPDATE! I was having problems with my new rebuild when I dropped it back off The service crew was very nice and took my truck back in. It did take about 3 and 1/2 weeks but it was due to the way the economy is today with back order parts I do not feel the shop is to blame for the extra time. They did go back through my transmission a second time and could not find the problem After reinstalling the transmission still was not right So they took it out again. Could not find the problem After the 3rd time it was decided to change the whole housing of trans. That however did work. There must be somthing internal that could not be seen with the eye. Now the transmission works very nice almost like it did when truck was new. Keep in mind the truck never left the shop while they was trying to find the problem. They honored the warranty and did not cost anything extra like most places try to do to cover their loss in time. I am very satisfied with the work and will be sending other work to them. To me this shop is very honest and well equipped to do the correct job. Thank you for the service. You get 5 stars from me.
