We just completed our pool and Tom was fantastic in focusing his training on what we need to do over the winter months as we close our pool, as well as give us the option to do the summer training next spring when we open our pool. He also assisted us on what we needed to do to prepare fire closing. Thank you! Very happy with the experience!

So, so discouraged with this company. Last year, Sep 2022, Pools of Fun installed my pool. I was elated to finally be a pool owner, and looked forward to working with Pools of Fun to help me with all my maintenance needs. After my first year of having this pool, I am truly regretting my decision. After countless trips, conversations and thousands of dollars spent in chemicals this year, I have an unsightly, large stain on the side of my pool that I cannot get rid of and Pools of Fun refuses to truly help and provide sufficient guidance. I've purchased and performed all remedies suggested but the stain still remains. I've called service to get additional help and get bounced around and told I have to work with the pool store. I was told to 'do my research' by one service employee because it's not the pool, it's the ground the pool is in so it's not their responsibility. Well, my research says to seek professional help. I assumed Pools of Fun was the professional help, but obviously I am wrong. Thanks for after only one full season of pool ownership, regret my decision to own a pool.
