Doug Hawk Agency, Inc American Family Insurance

This was the worst office I've ever had to deal with. The people working there were very nasty and rude. I had my homeowners and car insurance through them. Not only were they rude, then they went after me for $50.00 from 4 yrs. ago after I had to change insurance companies because I moved to another state. I would not recommend using them at all.

Doug and I have known each other for years. While I might find cheaper insurance somewhere else if I looked hard I couldn't replace Doug. Honestly, I also know you get what you pay for. He has engineered all of our insurance needs as life continues to evolve and we get value for every dollar we spend in premium. We have our home, cars, life insurance and an umbrella policy with Doug. When other companies direct you to customer service for everything, Doug still takes the time to handle questions and needs directly, which is appreciated. He proactively reaches out on a regular basis and monitors our insurance helping with changes or additions as needed. I have come to rely on his advice and trust him when it comes to my family's security. Doug represents American Family well and I would (and have) recommend Doug Hawk to family and friends as well as anyone looking for experience and quality in an agent.

Outstanding service based on our situation. Doug called us to personally walk us through a new car insurance policy, and explain all the discounts. We have been with the Doug Hawk agency for 14 years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. He and Amberlyn are both very knowledgeable and friendly.
