I had a very pleasant experience, and Im usually terrified at the dentist. The dental assistant Ais was a breathe of fresh air and so kind. Jasmine, the OM, helped me so much as well on my dental plan. The doctor and hygienist were also very helpful and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this place on the staff alone!

Worst dental experience Ive ever had. I changed insurance and needed a new dentist. So I made an appointment to have a cleaning, and a cavity filled I already knew about. They tried to charge me over $1000 for a cleaning AFTER insurance almost $1500 total out of pocket. I supposably have some type of active infection which I guarantee is not true. It hasnt been that long since Ive had a cleaning. They took more X-rays than Ive ever had even more than my implant required a few years ago. They immediately started pushing payment plans. I stood up and walked out. Aspen Dental is great if you like high pressure sales and scare tactics. I will be changing insurance to go back to my REAL dentist not a car salesmans. Google this place before you waste your time!!
If any of the lies they came up with turn out to be true and confirmed by another dentist I will update this review. I take better care of my teeth at this point in my life than I ever have.
