Hello my name is Kawalawu Lavalah. Since I been renting apartments this is the worst place I have ever seen. My sister reminded me there, first I call told them exactly what I wanted and the boy I spoke with told me yes they have that available, I treated him. They never call me to take a look at the place, I pay everything my deposit. I was supposed to move Thursday on to get a call Wednesday I wouldnt be able to move theyre still getting the place ready that was after I pay my deposit. I said okay no problem I waited until Tuesday before I got my keys. I went into the apartment it was nothing like what I applied for the give me an handicap apartment for $1,838 very old and dirty inside, the The microwave was sitting right side the sink so old and dirty inside. I told the guy thats not what I applied for he apologized and ask if I take the place with in a month they will get me the one I applied for, I asked him are you sure he said yes and I even recorded the conversation. Moving forward call back and ask after 2 weeks only to found out nothing is coming up until after 2 to 3 months, I said if thats the case I will have to move out of here because this place do not worth the money I pay here. They gave me my 30 days notice now asking me to pay $500 they took off my rent and asking me to pay the time I will be in the apartment for. Theyre trying to make it look like is my fault now because I signed the lease. One more question where does the holding fee go towards? Because I never got that added on my rent they told me the holding fees go towards nothing and that was $250 I never got back and never got that added on my first month rent. Now Im stuck but Im still trying to leave. They never picked up calls whenever u get in touch with them they will tell you they will get back with you but they will never do. Im trying to move out of here. The worst place I ever rented in my life

Everything went very smoothly. Ive been a renter for most of my life and this was the best process. Update - Ive now lived here for a year. I just renewed for another two years. I had an issue with my air conditioner yesterday. When I discovered it, I sent a maintenance request online. In 10 minutes, I got a response, 5 minutes later, he was there. 10 minutes later, he had it fixed. A bad capacitor had kept the compressor from starting, and he had brought one with him anticipating the problem. It was fixed within 30 minutes of submitting a request. You cant beat that! Another update - My built in microwave went out recently. Response time was quick. Unfortunately, a new microwave has to be ordered. Getting it in and installed seems like a priority and I have no doubt it will be up and running as soon as possible. Maintenance here is the best.
