Called and made an appointment then spent over 4 hrs waiting for service then canceled to attend dinner I had planned and rescheduled for today now they just called saying it'll be another 1/2 hr so they'll be 5 1/2 hrs late. Next time I'll call the ones that say we're on time or you won't pay a dime

Logan O came for my heat pump maintenance. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to stop and explain things to me. He did a thorough job even though the unit is fairly new. ARS also worked with me on my difficult schedule. I highly recommend ARS.

I hope this lousy review costs ARS more than $2000 of lost service. DO NOT USE THEM. Three no shows on three different days. That means someone was standing by for 12 hours without having the water heater looked at. That also means someone wasn't at work getting paid for at least 8 of those hours. I talked with Quality Assurance about getting a discount for my wasted time, she said she spoke with the chief of plumbing directly to "fix it." Allen quoted the replacement/ install at $2500. For those that don't know a water heater is about a 2 hour job on site. Subtracting the cost of the water heater ($549) leaves $1950 for labor! This is pure greedflation. UPDATE: Local plumbing (Holthaus Plumbing-Marion, Indiana) did the same quoted work for $1000, including cost of new water heater. And they were out in an hour after they kindly picked up my replacement water heater from Lowes. Always follow this rule of thumb to avoid labor overpricing--cost of labor should never exceed the cost of materials. UPDATE 3: Thanks for all the review views for this post. And please ignore the comments from the owner. They could reach out my way just as easily as they ask me to reach out to them.

Logan O was my service technician. He was way more thorough than any other service technician we have had service any of the other service people.
