        I called 7/3 and left a message. No one returned my call. I called again 7/7 and was told Brian would call me soon, which he did Monday 7/10. We set an appointment for 7/12 at 9:00. On July 12, no one called OR showed up so I called another tree service and they were there in 20 minutes to give me an estimate. They completed the job a few days later to my complete satisfaction.

      Hi Daniel, When calling around a national Holiday we might not be in the office and also give our employees time off to spend with their families. We are also very busy this time of year and messages might get misplaced or overlooked by accident. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
