I recently worked with Dan at The Granite Shop for a client in South Bend, IN, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dan's knowledge and experience in quartz countertops were evident from the start. He went above and beyond to understand my client's needs and provided excellent recommendations. The entire process, from selection to installation, was seamless. Dan's attention to detail and craftsmanship were outstanding, resulting in a beautiful and functional quartz countertop that my client absolutely loves. Dan and the installers are AMAZING. Recommend this team 100%. Dan made it easy for us to choose, easy for us to stick to our budget (since we were way over on our budget) and still get a nice countertop, and was VERY flexible on EVERYTHING. The installers were pros. They pointed out some cabinets that needed leveled/fixed, kept things clean, seams are perfect, caulking was clean and smooth. They did EVERYTHING they could to make everything look perfect and even finished it on a VERY tight timeline! Will ABSOLUTELY use them again!!!

I wanted to share an experience that we just had with Keystone GraniteWerks. I'd contacted them via email for a very off request that I knew was something they did not "specialize" in. However, this was a last ditch effort to get a Christmas gift for someone very dear to us. She'd been wanting a new Corian cutting board for her kitchen for a long time. We ordered two, but unfortunately they were lost in transit. As a final attempt at trying to make this work, I reached out to Keystone and they not only responded back immediately, but got to work right away to put a beautiful piece together for us. When I say this is an amazing cutting board, I mean, everyone who has gotten to see it is in love and now they all want one! Dan was AMAZING to work with and even went out of his way to add custom touches to our item and had it ready for us the very next day! We were already needing new countertops (which is their speciality), but after this experience, I'm proud to say we will not go anywhere else. This company truly cares about their community and will do whatever it takes to meet any needs you may have - within reason of course! To anyone reading this, I promise you will not be disappointed in trusting them with your kitchen, vanity and/or miscellaneous needs!! Such a wonderful company!!!

Great customer service, beautiful product. As a DIY couple, we had a design error that left a 12" gap. We actually found a 12" wine cooler, and hung floating shelves above it. The templater recommended the shape of the countertop to cover both surfaces, creating a space that looks a bit more intentional as a "beverage center"!
