An absolute level above! There is nothing like honest communication and clarity. Joe does an extraordinary job letting you know what is a major issue and what is just worth noting. As a young home owner his expertise is absolutely crucial to ensuring our money goes far and most importantly that we are safe! I will never buy another house without Joe! A home was set to pass FHA Appraisal despite it literally having no city plumbing or septic tank installed. We would have never known and been quickly above our head in repairs. As a young family knowing who to trust can be overwhelming. Finding help with Joe's integrity is not easily done. Thank you again JBM Home Inspection!

I was very impressed with the quality of the home inspection. He looked at everything in the home, even things that I had not even thought that could be a problem. He was easy to work with and very efficient. I got the home inspection in a few days despite his full workload. It was a very positive experience.
