Hucks

The people working in there act like they dont want to mess with lottery not very nice. A sale is a sale whatever it might be but customer's service is everything I dont know how much more I'll be going there

I ordered two large cheese pizzas on th website and for whatever reason the information didn't come through on their end so my order didn't say which kind of pizzas I had ordered. The employee attempted to call me, my phone has spam blocker and detected the phone number as spam and it sent it to itself automated answering system, I have no way of knowing what message it defaults to, it varies each time. I noticed I missed a call, saw it was hucks, assumed it was an issue with the order and called back. 4 times. And they would not answer the phone. So I decided to go there at the original time and see what had happened. I showed up, picked up another item and went to counter where I said I also had a pizza order. The cashier said "we have a problem" which is fine, that happens, but what isn't fine is how I was spoken to for the rest of this interaction. The cashier, who's name I unfortunately didn't catch, berated me in front of the entire store. She said "I tried to call but a man picked up and there was some awful screeching child in the background and I couldn't take it so I hung up" so, first of all this was the spam blocker and its randomized message and I had no idea this was the message she had received, however this cashier is more than willing to insult what she assumed was an actual child in front of an entire store. When I said it was a scam blocker and as soon as I noticed I had missed the call I called back 4 times and no one would answer she rolled her eyes. I now assume she thought she'd hear the "screaming child" again when she saw my number and refused to answer. She was incredibly rude during the entire interaction. When she asked what I wanted I said "just two large cheese" and she again rolled her eyes, stomped over to the kitchen and then screamed back it was going to be 15 more minutes. My brother was in line behind me and she waa fine to him, but as soon as we left the store he asked why she was so mean when she could have explained the entire situation in a polite way and instead just went directly to being rude and aggressive. I was so upset by the entire interaction that I went home and sent my husband to get the pizzas when they were ready. He said when he told her the order name she again rolled eyes, wouldn't speak to him and then slammed the pizzas down onto the counter. I have no idea what was going on or why this cashier was so upset but I know we won't be returning here
