It is absolutely horrible since they have switched to the answering service and you can no longer contact anyone at the actual office. I have been trying to get my medicine refilled since Monday. They never called me back that day like they said they would. The pharmacy had sent refill requests to no avail. Now I'm completely out of medication and the pharmacy is out of stock of my medication. This should not have happened and my refill request should have been dealt with in a more timely manner. I'll be looking to switch providers as soon as possible, which is a shame because I enjoy my provider, but this hassle is NOT worth it.

Used to be really good now they just don't care about there patients. I have severe depression and dealing with cancer and they won't even fill my nerve meds.

Sence my Dr. Left , it's been hell getting in had appointment and when I went in they claim they called me and cancelled, but did not, they even sent me a appointment reminder, and now I can't get in for a month, I've been going for 5 years but I will be finding a another Dr for sure
