Eugene was amazing. He didnt have to second guess an issue I had been dealing with for a over a month. I had previously sent Roto Rooter out and they left me scratching their heads. All I had to do was one call to him. I am deployed for the US army currently and couldnt do anything except worry about getting my sewage grey water field fixed. He came out, called me and told me exactly what I needed. I gave him the green light to go ahead. He was in out and had everything back to normal within a few hours. He is well knowledgeable and I dont think Ill use anyone else again. Since the 1970s hes been doing this. You cant ask for any better quality work. Im forever grateful.

Excellent service! Gene came out on short notice on a Saturday night. He diagnosed the problem, came back on a Sunday to get us working again, and finished the job by Monday afternoon! The price was fair, the service was excellent, and Gene was so trustworthy and reliable. I definitely recommend this company!

Affordable. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Also, he was honest. We scheduled a non-emergency pump out. He did not arrive on time. Many times GPS doesn't find my home so I figured that was the issue. I called and he apologized and was here 20 minutes later. He said he made a mistake with the schedule. I appreciate his honesty, as that is not a common trait in today's world. It shows that this business can be trusted. Respect. My mother has used S & E her last 2 or 3 pump outs and highly recommended them. I also had a friend speak highly of S & E. I will be using them next time I need any septic service.
