IU Health Paoli Walk-In - IU Health Paoli Family and Internal Medicine

I went in five till 12. I was in and out by 12:25. The doctor was excellent. I have never been in and out of the doctors office so fast let alone a walk in clinic. I believe the doctors name was Julie. She was excellent. Listen to all concerns and was very explanatory. She answered all questions I had. She was very professional and friendly. Professional and friendly staff. Rooms and waiting rooms looked and seemed to be very sanitary and clean. Highly recommend.

Brought my daughter here because school nurse seen blisters in her throat and had concerns, provider here told me nothing was wrong and to send her back to school the following day. Mom guts told me this was wrong so I took her for a second opinion that was NOT affiliated with IU health and learned she had hand foot and mouth disease. So not only did the provider not properly diagnose my child, she also almost caused a potential outbreak at an elementary. Aren't we in a pandemic? Shouldn't symptoms be taken seriously when brought to a provider's attention?

Took our one year old grandson and doctor was to put him on 3 different meds. Clinic never called in prescriptions and clinic closed for the day so no medicine. The next day i go to the clinic myself and was told doctor didnt write down the prescription and now they cannot locate doctor to ask. Almost a day later when im posting this review and still no medication for our grandson.....

Always had good experience there no one ever rude or nasty always sweet and nice. Took both of my girls there and i went very good people ❤❤❤❤❤❤🧡
