I was told some of the workers are very rude, bad customer service, poor management, bad OWNERSHIP, low pay grade, doesn't open on time, no team work, bad communication, management says or does one thing an if management has something come up its ok but not for a worker especially when it comes to family

I'm leaving there right now after being unable to enter because the door is locked despite the employees standing at the register and the hours stating they're not closed until 9pm. This is the second time this has happened recently. It's barely after seven. Folks, keep, these people have no intention of doing business. Sorry.

Wow very bad service today. Stop in to get tenders and wedges for my family. There was nothing cooked so I asked the cashier if they was fixing more food. She rudely said no that the kitchen is being shut down. This was at 2:30. I honestly believe that management needs to train staff on customer service. How can a business make money with that kind of service. I believe Otwell needs a different convenience store with better management and staff that knows how to run the business.

We use to like getting Bacon sandwiches. The last several times they only have 2 pieces of bacon on the bun. There was a lot more bun than there was bacon. We are very upset about that. My husband said that it was the last time. We usually come in their every day. It is so sad. You pay for them, and they are not worth the money.
