        As a first time customer I had the rudest interaction with their associate James. I came for help and assistance with filling and left with no guidance on my process. With it being my first time I was shocked when I was asked what do you have for me to do? I needed help and I had expressed it was my first time what would I need? And he just started asking questions without answering mine. Nothing was explained well at the beginning of the interaction. I will be sure to not come back to not feel bad about filing my taxes for the first time.
