        Chris did an awesome job correcting our issue this morning with our sump pump. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He gets 5 stars! I would have given five stars, but I was not happy with the service charge considering the previous Thortons installer did not properly install the check valve on the initial install.

        I love this company and would recommend to everyone. I just got serviced the same day I called and they were able to work with us and fix the problem. Our bathroom wouldnt unclog no matter what we did, we tried a toilet auger and a plunger. But, alas, still clogged. They were able to fix it pretty quickly too! Thank you so so much, we will definitely be using you guys in the future if a problem comes up. Service: Drain cleaning
