It was our son's second session and he loves it. His trainer Tamario is super supportive and corrects technique in a positive way. My son was so excited to go. Great facility and positive environment. Clean weights and equipment looked very well kept and clean. Excited for my son's training with them for the upcoming football season

I set an appointment with D1 Finch Creek for an initial consultation for my high school aged son. When we arrived for the appointment, we were told the trainer we were supposed to meet with wasnt available nor were any other trainers. The front desk attendant, who wasnt a trainer, took us into a room to try and help with the initial consultation as best she could. We decided to just leave at that point since a credentialed trainer wasnt available. It would have been nice to have received a phone call in advance to let us know of the scheduling issue. That would have saved us the wasted 30 minute round trip drive. Instead, I only received a marketing text the following week asking me if I wanted to reschedule. No thank you.

D1 Training has been a lot of fun for my 2 boys that have been a part of this. They have increased their knowledge of their body along with growth in all areas. Overall, it has been a fantastic experience. All instructors are very good at teaching them and are all very knowledgeable in the training.
