Visiting TCC Verizon was a delight from start to finish. The staff's knowledge and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere. They offered excellent promotions and a wide range of accessories to enhance my experience. While there was a bit of a wait, it was understandable given the staff's dedication to ensuring customers make informed decisions. The store was impeccably clean, reflecting their commitment to providing top-notch service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to others. I had the pleasure of meeting the District manager, she was so friendly and I felt she truly cared and took the time to not only listen to my concerns but far exceeded my expectations of a typical Verizon store.

As a Verizon customer for over a decade, this is the best service I have received. Jadon was extremely patient and enthusiastic in helping us resolve all issues. My husband initially didn't want to switch to a new phone, but because of Jadon's recommendation and service, he did. I hope Verizon can have more excellent employees like Jadon.
