This company has been doing my taxes for a few years now and have had no issues I leave messages and within a short period of time I get a call back they find write offs for me as we all know being self employed this is a big thing. I love and highly recommend them

DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY DO YOUR TAXES!!!!! THEY FOR ONE CAN NOT HANDLE THEIR WORKLOAD & ARE SENDING OUT LETTERS A MONTH BEFORE TAX SEASON STARTS REJECTING RETURNING CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEY HAVE A "CHANGE IN DIRECTION OF OUR FIRM" In response to your reply, I feel you should be corrected, there was 1 letter sent 2 weeks before tax season. This is a busy time for reputable tax companies, something you know nothing about. Your company is a joke, and just so everyone knows, the secretary was who actually did our taxes, not the person we hired to begin with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU TOO MUCH FOR THE "SERVICE" THEY OFFER!!!

Used Advantage for several years. They post on Facebook looking for new clients and that they are "here to help" yet they sent me a letter to engage another firm to provide me with tax preparation.
