    I am an avid gardener. I purchased 2 Proven Winners Coral Bells and 2 Proven Winners Lungworts last year. Only one of each returned beautifully. My receipts are on file in Colonials computer. After confirming my purchases, they would not honor their perennial warranty because I did not have the dead plants to show them. I was instructed by two teenagers to bring in the dead root balls. The root balls are non existent, and I tried to explain that there was nothing to bring in. I suppose I could bring in just the soil??? So, I was essentially called a liar, and the plants would not be replaced. After years of spending my money with Colonial, I will only purchase from Snows Landscaping, Garden Crossings, or Proven Winners Direct online. I have had better plant guarantees and replacements from the online stores. Imagine that.

    Didnt have card on profile after 2 visits extremely upset! I spent 20 minutes trying to get mulch loaded and the mulch was sitting right next to my truck but the workers said they were out of the mulch and I needed to go back to the main office after they had already sent me to another office to try to get this figured out we are extremely upset because my fianc got sent to multiple offices and by the end of the transaction he got the wrong colored rocks, and spent 30 minutes at a place where he should only be there for 10 minutes. There is no reason he should have to call his costumers to get their cards two days in a row when the company should have put the cards on file when we originally had the issue the first day. Ps when they loaded up a pallet of mulch on the truck they put it behind his rear axel when he told them specifically to put it in front of the rear axil when they did that it made his rear suspension pop and blow dust and dirt out. Then he told them to push it even further and they still didnt slide it up enough.

    Love this place but very expensive . They definitely dont cater to middle class customers. Kinda out of reach for average person

We are sorry for your wait inconvenience, however the stone material is in the back of our property and requires specialized equipment to retrieve it. Since the material is so heavy it is very important for our customers to haul it in a vehicle that is adequate to handle the weight. This is good feedback to ensure we remind our customers of wait times and vehicle weight limitations.
