Heritage Federal Credit Union

The new automatic teller is a failure for me. Deposited a check written to me for $100.00. A few days later I received a letter stating that the $10.00 check did not have sufficient funds and I was being charged $7.00 late fee. So I went to work and have printed proof that the $100.00 check cleared their bank. Heritage Federal is turning into WalMart.

We have always had a great experience at Heritage. We went in for an auto loan today. Madi was very friendly, knowledgeable,and made the process super smooth.

ive been very loyal with this credit union. still using it even after i moved across the country and that is my mistake. overdrafted due to bank not being able to deposit my money in time, so when i went to try and deposit my check i was told i couldnt because i was overdrafted. the money finally went through so i went to deposit my check the next day and to my surprise, guess who over drafted again because i couldnt deposit my check. never in my life had this problem with any bank or credit union. they just care about fees they dont care about you. took $60 from me in overdraft fees because they wont let me put money into my account. hopefully i can cut ties soon and never bank w this institution again
