        We worked with Mr. Sparrenberger and used his bank's Mainstreet Mortgage program. Putting 10.1% down and having no PMI left money to do a few repairs and to help our kids with their college expenses. Their interest rates are quite competitive and they made the whole process quick and painless (which is a far different experience from what we had with our first home).
