Travis Rhoades
We upgraded 5 phones, it took nearly 3 hours. Multiple issues including being charged extra fees were not discussed and could have been avoided by going to a Verizon company store rather than this third party location. Overall the staff was nice and resloved most things, but we left worn out by the process. We later discovered that one line had been activated prematurely leaving my FiL without a phone until we could get it to him the next day. Also, we discovered a monthly fee tacked on to one line that should not have one as we paid it off completely. So we still need to call to get that fixed now. I am giving it a two-star purely due to the friendliness of the staff, but I cannot recommend going here.
