Kept pushing the finish date back claiming it was iut of paint an needs to go on the frame machine when there was no need for it it was just an excuse to get more time on it they went 8 days without contacting me or insurance with what was goin on with it because the rental was due back they were 15 days past the first initial time they said they would have it an still havent go the car back have to Pay for my own rental because they would only cover 3 day even tho they were over 2 weeks behind the schedule they said it would be done by would not recommend ever using this body shop if you want it dont in a timely manner an the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced if I could give them a negative star rating I would Service: Body & Trim

My son has an older model car that he absolutely loves. They had difficulty finding the part we needed and the insurance company offered us a payout for the damage. Thankfully Riley & Sons did not give up and they were able to locate not only the correct part but in the right color (avoiding a paint job). It was a lot cheaper than we anticipated and the car was washed and shined up when we picked it up. Thanks to their amazing service and perseverance my son has his car back and looking sharp.
