SCAMMED ME! A single mom trying to buy my son a moped. Never arrived and no refund. The bank couldn't refund me either due to my patience on how long I waited for moped to arrive. I'm disgusted with the way they call it a "family business ". Families ( NOBODY)should NOT EVER rip people off. Very disappointing

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT give your money to these thieves. I ordered back in June 2021, it is now January 2022 & I have NOT received my order. I was told that Id receive my order within 8 weeks. Ive been calling since October to get a refund. They DO NOT answer calls & voicemail is too full to leave one. I wish I could leave zero stars but I cant. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THESE THEIVES.

Do not order unless you want to give your money away! Ordered in April, said it will take 8 weeks to receive. 8 weeks later said another 8 weeks. Now bank will not refund because its been too long.

Absolute garbage. Ordered a quad for my daughter in May 2021. Was told there would be delays due to covid in June 2021 and again in Aug 2021 when I contacted them. Was unable to contact them after that, phone was always either a busy tone or voicemail message saying message inbox was full. They shuttered their website, any email you sent was returned as undeliverable. After contacting the BBB and my bank, I am in the process of getting my money back. Nearly a year later. Do not give these crooks your business. Even if by chance they were legit, than that level of incompetence is unacceptable. Hopefully their business closes down for good.
